All Reservations must be confirmed by a written mail from Villa Del Porto that has to be presented upon arrival. Villa Del Porto reserves the right to refuse any reservations if the room is not available for the requested dates.

CHILDREN POLICY

  • Children under 2 are free of charge in parent's room.
  • Children between 2 and 12 pay half the rate in parent's room.
  • Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by Villa Del Porto.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Only guaranteed reservations are accepted and will be confirmed by e mail by Villa Del Porto.
  • You will pay only in the guesthouse.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Written and confirmed cancellations made in advance will be accepted and acknowledged by e mail.
  • The reservation can be cancelled free of charge 48 hours before date of arrival but subject to change according to the confirmation.
  • In case of late cancellation one night fee will be charged.
  • In case of NO-SHOW full fee will be charged. Room(s) are held until 7am the day after the scheduled arrival.
